Wok your way to the sumptuous goodness of authentic Cantonese cuisine as Marco Polo Hong Kong’s most sought-after culinary duo stirs up the dining experience in a limited weeklong staging of mouth-watering, artfully prepared Cantonese specialties.
Flown all the way from Cucina, Hong Kong courtesy of Cebu Pacific Air, Cantonese guest Chef Wong Hoi Ming will present the flair and flavors of real Chinese food characterizing his 34 years in the hospitality industry.
Taking pride not only in his flavorsome dishes, catch Chef Wong as he maneuvers his unique knack in hand-pulling of noodles with an actual live demonstration daily right in the heart of Basix’s buffet spread.
Sharing the limelight is Chef Kong Shiu Ki who has spent more than two decades mastering Cantonese cuisine.
