Richville Hotel boosts service with new front office system

-
Richville Hotel is truly an oasis in the bustling city of Mandaluyong. Its modern design is evident in its seven-story structure, where guests can bask in the comfort of elegantly, well-appointed rooms and suites that were designed for business or pleasure trips. Extra amenities like the whirlpool and gym also provide guests with additional areas for recreation and relaxation.

The Roof Garden coffee shop boasts of the best international and Filipino cuisine. For banquet and conference requirements, the hotel has a function room that can accommodate up to 200 people with special package rates available for live-in/out conferences.

To further enhance its warm and friendly service, Richville Hotel recently acquired Micros-Fidelio, an Oracle-based front office system that has made reservation and registration simpler and faster. Richville Hotel sales manager Annette Cawilan says, "Using the Micros-Fidelio system has been very convenient for our front office personnel. It has assisted them in many ways, like keeping a history file of our guests so we can easily keep track of their requests. Plus, all the important details to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and stress-free stay are easily recorded by the system."

Conveniently located at EDSA Crossing, the hotel is just minutes away from major shopping malls and leisure centers. Public transport is also accessible with the MRT Shaw Boulevard Crossing station within walking distance of the hotel.
