Affair of the week: Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders
MANILA, Philippines - Kristen Stewart and Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders have admitted to having an affair. A day after photos surfaced of K-Stew smooching with her married direk, Bella Swan issued a public apology to her long-time boyfriend (and Twilight co-star) Robert Pattinson. As expected, Twihards are devastated (search YouTube for their epic reaction vids). But then, again, we can’t really blame Kristen — after years with a pale, sparkly, guy, she probably wanted to try being with a real man.
The hunt for Chief Justice-Universe is ongoing, and this week, the show reached its question-and-answer portion. Twenty-two candidates have made it to the shortlist. The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) has pelted them with such tough questions as, “What is your worst quality?” and, “What is your stance on gender equality?” It’s just a matter of time before the JBC pulls out Boy Abunda’s “mahiwagang salamin.” And we can’t wait for the swimsuit round.

The film, about a midwife in Tawi-Tawi, stars Nora Aunor, Mercedes Cabral, and Bembol Roco. Why then was it not good enough for the MMFF? Perhaps it lacks an important trait: Bong Revilla’s man-boobs.
After the horrific murders at a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises, Christian Bale donned the role of a hero and visited the survivors of the incident, sans fanfare and media coverage. The suspect, a medical student with orange hair, is currently facing charges in court, but a voice is telling us that justice will be served. In the middle of the night. After all, Batman is real.
