'Garage' magazine ushers in 2012's Young Talents

-

MANILA, Philippines - Since its inception in 2009, the Young Talents issue of Garage magazine has heralded a new breed of achievers making waves in their own fields. Zooming in on select shakers in various industries that deserve recognition, the pages of this issue are filled with modern youths representing ingenuity and excellence.

Teen entertainment royalty Sam Concepcion and Elmo Magalona land on the special double cover issue. The duo, garbed in Burberry Prorsum’s spring/summer 2012 collection, share what it takes to be this year’s emerging superstars and delve into what it’s like having multi-hyphenate careers at an early age. Both can sing, rap, dance, act, and even model the latest trends in a tell-all exclusive about breaking boundaries and making their own respective marks. Elmo, the son of the late Francis Magalona, talks about living up to his father’s legacy while being determined to go beyond the Master Rapper’s shadow. Sam, who hails from a family of commercial and theater actors, celebrates his musicality while cementing his path to superstardom on TV and on stage.

This issue also features a bevy of spring menswear essentials, the latest trends, and fashion must-haves straight from the runway to your wardrobe. As the newly revamped Garage hits newsstands this month, the issue also lists down 144 reasons for a new you, featuring selections from the best shoes, watches, T-shirts and jackets.
