Supreme supports: Feed a child with this hoodie
MANILA, Philippines - KC Concepcion, as the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) National Ambassador Against Hunger, is working in many ways to increase awareness and support to end child hunger in conflict-affected Mindanao. Hunger is caused by poverty due to being displaced from their own homes and villages. WFP has been providing nutritious food to conflict-affected children since 2006, through schools, clinics and in evacuation centers.
As part of its family, Bayo supports KC in all her worthy and humanitarian endeavors. KC is a Filipino woman worth emulating and has put to worthy use her celebrity status to help alleviate other people’s sufferings. Bayo is socially responsible and is making a difference, not only in retail and fashion, but also in the well-being and lives of Filipino children in Mindanao. The challenge was how to synergize fashion and such a noble cause.
KC collaborated with the Bayo team to produce these hoodies and tees — part of the proceeds would go directly to the WFP project and campaign. This time, it is not just about business and fashion. It becomes aptly socially relevant too, giving more substance and meaning to an otherwise worldly endeavor.
