Magic & music at the Shang

MANILA, Philippines - Nothing tells you more that it’s Christmas as when you hear carols and children’s heavenly voices singing. At Shangri-La Plaza, magic always happens this time of the year.

The mall comes alive with Christmas carols by symphony orchestras and choirs, standard and pop favorites, and ballet performances. These are the things that make Christmas a cheerful season at the Shang.

“It’s been a tradition at Shang to host music and dance performances in our Grand Atrium,” says Lala Fojas. “It just makes the season merrier and it’s nice for shoppers to have these in background while they’re going from store to store. Since the East Wing opened, we now have two venues for these.”
