MANILA, Philippines - The Gallerie at Rustan’s Makati illuminated with the brilliance of precious diamonds for the launch of Damiani’s latest collection. The CEO of the Damiani Group, Giorgio Grassi Damiani, flew in all the way from Valenza, Italy, to present fine jewelry by Damiani that has garnered a total of 18 Diamonds International Awards, equal to 18 Oscar Awards in the diamond world.

Giorgio Damiani talked about the world-renowned brand and joined Italian Ambassador Massimo Roscigno who led in a toast, with his wife Agnes, Rustan’s executives Donnie Tantoco, Zenaida Tantoco and Maritess Tantoco-Enriquez.

Models strutted down a circular runway, each with lavish earrings, grand necklaces and luxurious bracelets delicately crafted by Italian hands. Springtime pieces in white and pink gold with diamonds and sapphires, Butterfly rings in white and pink gold, Notte Di San Lorenzo wristwatches  with dozens of white and black diamonds, Calathea necklaces in white gold and diamonds, and the Absolute earrings also with white diamonds. The Opera Bells trio filled The Gallerie with angelic voices as they sang contemporary and classic opera songs.

Muses Tessa Mendoza, Xandra Rocha, Rissa Mananquil-Trillo, Christine Sandejas and Rorie Carlos-Manzano wore monochromatic ensembles that accentuated Damiani’s precious stones.

Damiani is available at The Silver Vault, Rustan’s Makati and Rustan’s Shangri-La.
