MANILA, Philippines - Bench Edited, a curated Bench boutique with select premier merchandise, introduces someone fun and adventurous — Jacob Ejercito.
“I’m a cordial person,” Jacob says. “I don’t let a week pass without seeing my peers. I try to refrain from getting bored by being active in different ways, such as sports and music. One of my hobbies is playing basketball. I was a basketball player back in high school at Xavier. I just learned how to play the saxophone this year, too. And I love exploring the outdoors and nature by hiking.”
Jacob makes wise use of this status to be of help to others through the FLIP (Funding Local Institutes of the Philippines) Foundation, which he established. FLIP Foundation aims to empower and inspire Filipinos to create a successful pathway for generations to come. Through the help of local sponsors, the group is determined to come up with strategic plans for the betterment of low-income families in the Philippines.
Despite the son of former President Joseph Ejercito and Laarni Enriquez not being in the public eye, his Instagram account reveals that he is someone who knows how to fulfil the tasks that come with being a young philanthropist, while making sure he still gets to enjoy his youth.
Jacob says his personal style cannot be described in one adjective. “I don’t really have a specific personal style. My attitude dictates my preferred style for the day. If I’m up to a treat out with friends, then I dress in loud colors like red and blue. If it’s just another day to rest and swing by a coffee shop, I prefer to wear darker colors such as black, dark blue, and brown. It all depends on my mood,” he shares.
Jacob has found in Bench Edited a great fashion ally that is as multifaceted as him and can meet his daily clothing requirements. He specifically loves the store’s plain, semi-fitted shirts, “skinny yet comfortable” jeans, and underwear.
In the campaign, Jacob goes from casual cool to hip and preppy to sleek and edgy, wearing key pieces by Bench from the Pre-Holiday collection of Bench Edited, such as striped and printed shirts, colored men’s jeggings, pullovers, and chambray polos. The wide options for mixing-and-matching that Bench Edited presents give guys an opportunity to play and experiment with fashion, as the store keeps up with their ever-changing needs.
