The book that taught Alfred Vargas how to be a real man

Alfred Vargas is one of the most talented and accomplished actors of his generation and has appeared in a consistent string of hit mainstream movies and top-rated TV series. Alfred took a brief hiatus from the entertainment industry when he was elected in 2013 as Congressman of the fifth district of Quezon City.

“I read this when I was a teenager and somehow I was able to relate that time with Holden’s confusion, love, hate, anger, and compassion during that time in my life. We really can’t ‘catch’ and save someone else if we have not saved ourselves first.”
