Rachelle Ann Go loves godly and romantic books
Rachelle Ann Go is one talented performer. In a few months she will be leaving a successful local career as one of the exclusive top acts of GMA7. She joins the cast of Miss Saigon 2014 in the role of Gigi, introduced to the world by no less than Cameron Macintosh himself.
I asked Rachelle to take time out of her hectic schedule to share her favorite books:
1. The Bible. Book of life. Everything I need to know is there!
2. Good Morning Holy Spirit by Benny Hinn. A testimony that really moved me. It gave me a great understanding of the need for God’s Holy Spirit.
3. When God Writes Your Love Story by Leslie Ludy. My best friend gave me this! It talks about desiring, preparing, waiting and discovering a God-written love story. Perfect for all the singles out there!
4. Captivating by John & Stasi Eldredge. A deeper understanding about a woman’s soul. This made me realize that God created us to be unique and beautiful.
5. Love Dare by Stephen Kendrick. Inspired by the movie Fireproof, I know I’m not yet married but I just like the concept of this book. It’s a day by day reminder for couples to put God in the center of their relationship.
6. If Satan Can’t Steal Your Dream...He Can’t Control Your Destiny by Jerry Savelle. Simple, short and straight to the point with humor. If you want to know how the devil works, read this.
7. Strengths Based Leadership by Barry Conchie. I find this book very helpful. I gained insights into my own strengths with regard to leadership.
8. The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks. My all-time favorite! No need for explanation. Love, love, love!
9. The Fault In Our Stars by John Green. It is hilarious and heartbreaking at the same time. I read it thrice, I guess I enjoyed crying too much.
10. Message in a Bottle. The first book I finished! From then on, I became a fan of Nicholas Sparks.
