CircuitFest 2013: Pop rock fans and skaters unite
MANILA, Philippines - A fine balance of musician and skater, Mark Salling will be hosting the upcoming Circuit Fest 2013: Music and Skate on May 25 at Circuit Makati, Ayala Land’s rising premier entertainment district.
CircuitFest 2013 is a music festival and skateboarding event fused to usher in a new era in local skateboarding, which, thanks to Circuit Makati, is seeing great development.
Within the property, a 4x32-foot skate ramp will be designed and constructed by Daggerbuilt, the ramp company of Dagger Skates, an American skateboard company known for building some of the best skate parks and ramps around the world.
A full-day music festival headlined by pop rock act Yellowcard, as well as skating events featuring Filipino-American skateboarding legend Willy Santos and special guest Riley Hawk, son of skateboarding icon himself, Tony Hawk, will take place –– an exciting first for Circuit Makati. Bands on the lineup are We Are The In Crowd, Before You Exit, Mayday Parade, This Century, A+ Dropouts, The Downtown Fiction and All-Star Weekend, as well as YouTube hit Megan Nicole.
Circuit Makati is accessible via Ayala Avenue from the Makati CBD. Food and drinks will be available for sale throughout the day.
