Chef's Market menu at Discovery Suites

MANILA, Philippines - Discovery Suites’ 22 Prime, listed as one of Asia’s finest and the city’s best steak specialty restaurants, offers a new spread in its Chef’s Market Menu.

For starters, diners may choose from seared calamari and Arugula salad with roasted bell peppers, fresh herbs, and sherry vinaigrette or three-onion cream soup with smoked blue marlin, melted leeks, and chives.

The main entrée features a choice of US Angus Hanger steak with garlic-roasted potatoes, asparagus, and shiitake mushrooms served with three-peppercorn sauce or seared Norwegian salmon served with tomato risotto, and ocean herbal broth.

Pear tart “Belle Helene” served with chocolate sauce, and vanilla ice cream caps the menu.

The Chef’s Market Menu may be availed for only P995+ per person.
