MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Malls continues to set trends and shape lifestyles as seen in the recently concluded Style Origin. Through a series of unique and lifestyle events, Style Origin re-defined and elevated retail experience by bringing fashion to everyone. Ayala Malls Style Origin inspired shoppers to be their most stylish selves by showcasing the latest fashion trends and delighted style mavens with a mix of shopping, style forums, and of course, fashion shows featuring the latest from high street brands and local designers. For this year’s Style Origin, Ayala Malls partnered with influencers of the society –– The Philippine STAR, and Tiger 22 Media Corporation and its exclusive radio partners Wave 89.1 , Magic 89.9, Jam 88.3, 99.5 RT, 103.5 Wow FM, and Killer Bee to take Style Origin to the next level.
Over the past three months, Style Origin made its rounds to different Ayala Malls –– Glorietta, Greenbelt, Alabang Town Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Market! Market!, Bonifacio High Street ,TriNoma, MarQuee Mall, and Abreeza Mall in Davao. The activities presented were: Mens Week, a series of shows that featured the collections of over 20 Filipino designers like Michael Cinco, Kermit Tesoro and Randy Ortiz; Fashion Beats highlighted retail brands, featuring celebrated personalities Xian Lim, Georgina Wilson, Phil and James Younghusband, and the hottest bands Bamboo, Wolfgang and Never the Strangers; Style Souk, offered discounts from retail brands and free consultations from fashion and beauty experts like Inno Sotto and Alyanna Martinez ; and DJ University and Search, where five DJ hopefuls were chosen to become the next big radio superstars.
As a testament to Ayala Malls influence on all things stylish and fashionable, Ayala Malls and the Philippine STAR presented Star Style Picks, an online Facebook and Pinterest promo for fashionable ladies and gentlemen which ran from May 21 to June 21.
The three grand winners, Jade Caroro, Keita Lee, and Kayra Magracia from Glorietta, who were chosen by Star Style judges Magic 89.9 DJ Jessica Mendoza, Philippine Star columnist RJ Ledesma, and fashion show and creative director Ariel Lozada, were awarded P25,000 shopping sprees.
Shoppers with the most number of re-pins, Juncelle Angela Resurreccion from Glorietta, Kenberlyn Aylett from Greenbelt, Michelle Jean Saquing from Alabang Town Center, Krystle Gayle Avila from Ayala Center Cebu, Kenneth Ramil from Market! Market!, Georj Mamaril from Bonifacio High Street,Rita Dulfo from TriNoma, Christin Faith Magsino from MarQuee Mall, and Shiena Mae P. Clarito from Abreeza Mall won P5,000 shopping sprees plus cinema passes at Ayala Malls.
