Jollibee’s “Alagang Pinoy” service mantra doesn’t just stop there. Regular customers are greeted on a first name basis by the crew who also make the effort to remember their usual orders. In fact in some Jollibee Dirve-thru stores, like in Subic, travelers who pass by the Drive-thru are provided with leaflets of shopping destinations and traffic rules and regulations. Some stores also provide hand sanitizers to go with the food and some even include “Quotes for the Day” in a separate paper along with the receipt.
