MANILA, Philippines – Cara Mia Gelateria is the pioneer in introducing gelato cakes.
Cara Mia recently launched two new gelato cakes for the holiday season: the Mango Symphony gelato cake made with chunks of mango mixed in gelato nestled on a bed of graham crust; and the Peach Walnut Passion gelato scake, a blend of peach flavored gelato embedded in layers of divine walnut crust. Cara Mia also recently introduced its line of premium refrigerated cakes like Pistaccio Cioccolato, chiffon with pistachio filling topped and dark chocolate and the Caramella Premia, caramel chiffon with cashew nuts and moist caramel icing, among others.
