Author Luis Francia signs books on July 13 &17

MANILA, Philippines - New York-based author Luis H. Francia will be having book-signing events at National Book Store Superbranch-Cubao (beside Gateway Mall) on July 13, 6 p.m., and at National Book Store Ayala Cebu on July 17, 6 p.m.

A History of the Philippines (P799) covers some of the most influential changes in Philippine history that have since affected the country’s cultural, social and political landscapes, beginning from life in the ancient Malay barangays, through the unforgettable period of Spanish colonization, to the American occupation and subsequent events that eventually led to the formation of an independent republic.
