MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Malls now presents another first: the Ayala Malls U-First brand of customer service.
U-first brings the mall services to a higher level that encompasses the needs of various shoppers – families, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, working executives, businessmen, netizens, and teens. U-First presents to shoppers new and upgraded facilities that are customer-friendly making malling more convenient and enjoyable.
Working with strong institutions that share the Ayala Malls’ values of excellence and commitment to the community are the Catholic Deaf Care, the Department of Tourism, and technology partners: Globe Telecom, Asus, Switch and Automatic Center, U-First ensures that the customers needs always come first.
Ayala Malls introduces The Family Corner, a safe, quiet, and comfortable place where families can hang out and bond. Here, moms and dads can relax and catch up on their reading while their kids enjoy toys and children’s books nearby. New mommies also have a private space where they can nurse their babies and change their diapers, and even get to use The Family Corner’s bottle warming facilities. The Family Corner is now open in Glorietta and Alabang Town Center.
The U-First Priority Shoppings for senior citizens and people with disabilities. Upon entrance to the malls, free facilities maps are provided to people with disabilities for their convenience. Wheel-in service from the entrance to any destination can also be on hand simply by calling the Concierge prior to arrival. Sign language assistance and free three-minute emergency local calls are also offered at the Concierge. Priority seats at the food courts and other common areas are reserved for both senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Lowered phone booths are provided as well for easier access. Ayala Malls also have dedicated parking slots for people with disabilities and priority lanes at taxi stands, food stations, cinemas, and elevators.
Tourists and OFWs can now have a more memorable time with Ayala Malls’ Traveler’s Advantage Service. This service offers the chance to be an A-Card member for five days and enjoy great finds at fantastic discounts. Travelers simply have to present their passport with a valid arrival stamp at the Ayala Malls Concierge to get a Tourist A-Card and they can also enjoy personal shopper assistance. The Traveler’s Advantage Service also provides flight confirmation service, hotel and restaurant reservation service, transport assistance, and porter service for an easy and a hassle-free trip.
Stay connected even while shopping with Ayala Malls’ The Networker’s Station. With unlimited WiFi access at WiFi enabled areas around the Ayala Malls, everyone can keep up with their social networks and update their fellow netizens on their latest shopping and dining discoveries. Businessmen and working executives can remain connected to their office through selected stations that offer free use of laptops.
