MANILA, Philippines - President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo attended the inauguration of the six carillon bells during the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto last Feb. 11 at the Lourdes Grotto in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
President Arroyo and her entourage was welcomed by Marietta Guanzon Holmgren, president and CEO of Grotto Shrine Foundation Inc.
Also present were Clock O Matic-Belgium owner Norbert van Wijnsberghe and his wife Jean Marie.
