Upon its presentation at the parking entry, grandparents get a genuinely warm Araneta Center welcome as they get to park for free all throughout the Center. They can enjoy movies for free at Gateway Cineplex 10 and Ali Mall Cineplex 4, also by showing their senior citizen card. During the Grandparents’ Day weekend, they likewise get a chance to be one of 50 winners of two Lower Box tickets to the upcoming Dionne Warwick concert.
To help keep them fit and healthy, Ali Mall, in partnership with Medical City, is giving away free medical services — ranging from free medical consultation, free electrocardiogram (ECG) and free ultrasound — to early birds who register and present their senior citizen cards at the New Ali Mall concierge. The first 100 grandchildren to be registered by their grandparents also get a free dental checkup and fluoride treatment.
Pizza Hut Bistro in Gateway and other Pizza Hut branches in Shopwise, Farmers, Ali Mall and SM Araneta Center will give away an eco-bag to Grandma and a leaning tumbler to Grandpa for minimum food purchases. At Taco Bell, grandparents get to enjoy the zesty Mexican taste of free “Twin Soft Tacos for Lolo and Lola” for every P500 food purchase.
Dairy Queen also has cool treats in store for senior citizens! Pay for a 12 oz. Blizzard, and get a free upsize to 16 oz. on Oreo, Banana Split, or Choco Chips Blizzard flavors when they present their senior citizen IDs.
