'Women's Health' debuts in the Philippines
MANILA, Philippines - A magazine for women who are passionate about taking control of every aspect of their lives is finally in Philippine shores. This April, Summit Media launches its latest title—Women’s Health. Editor in chief Lara Parpan says, “Women’s Health is the premiere lifestyle magazine for the woman who values a healthy lifestyle and strives for balance in all areas of her life.”
Targeted for women in their 20s to 40s, Women’s Health joins a proliferation of women’s magazines in the market, but sets itself apart as the publication that speaks to every Filipina in a way that is passionate and relevant to her life.
Women’s Health features a healthy balance of articles on food and nutrition, fitness, health and well-being, sex and relationships, fashion, and beauty. Unique to the magazine is a section on balance, which will offer advice on how readers can make the most out of every part of their lives, from work to family, friendships, and finances. Parpan says, “Women’s Health is the magazine the Filipina will want to read from cover to cover when she’s looking not only for the moves and the diet that will give her flat abs and a lean physique, but doable tips on how to discover her happiest, healthiest self.”
For its first issue, Women’s Health features the Ultimate Fitness Guide — with tips on how to lose belly flab, trim the thighs and tone the arms, women are guaranteed to get a beach-ready body in just four weeks! The issue also dishes out 673 new weight loss, fitness, nutrition, and beauty tips, the best new superfoods in your 20s, 30s, and 40, and everything you need to start leading a healthy lifestyle!
The premiere issue of Women’s Health features KC Concepcion on the cover is available in newsstands, bookstores, and supermarkets nationwide this April at P125 per copy.
