A striking new Super Bowl at Mall of Asia
At Super Bowl, you’ll simply be bowled over. No doubt about it, the enterprising gang of four — Richie Yang, Winston Chan, Robert Epes, and Luigi Vera — has concocted an amazing recipe for success.
“Super Bowl at the Mall of Asia (main mall, ground floor; tel. no. 556-0583/84) is No. 1 here in terms of sales,” says marketing supervisor Hubert Abuel.
The MOA outlet is the 11th of the 13 Super Bowl branches in the country today.
Its Chinese chef Roy Huang brings only the best of Cantonese cuisine. Among the signature items is the Super Bowl Lemon Chicken, which for the Chinese New Year will be sold for only P99, chunky savings of P141! For the Chinese, chicken is a lucky dish and it is served whole at gatherings to signify family unity.

The super new dishes include: the 5 Colored Shredded Beef (tender beef strips sauteed with garden fresh red and green bell peppers, carrots, and secret spices blended perfectly with a dark soy and oyster sauce combination); Bean Curd Stuffed with Ground Pork (soft, golden bean curd stuffed with lean ground pork on a bed of garden green cabbage and topped with a mildly spicy mushroom oyster sauce blend); White Fungus with Almond Cream in Papaya (ripe, half solo papaya infused with white fungus in a delightfully sweet and luscious almond jelly cream center); Shredded Pork with Bean Sauce (tender pork strips blended with hoisin sauce and secret spices, and laid out on a potato and vegetable nest served with cabbage wraps).
These new dishes will be served for a limited time only and only the popular ones will become part of the regular menu that now consists of 130 items (and counting).
To sweeten your luck this Chinese New Year, Super Bowl has come up with new desserts, like the Double Happiness Ice Cream Cake (vanilla ice cream with Snickers candy bits on a crushed Oreo cookie crust topped with hot fudge sauce); Brownie Ice Cream Sundae (chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge sauce, peanut bits, and topped with a maraschino cherry); Choco Cream Cake Ala Mode; Fruit Medley Sundae (banana slices and naturally sweet and ripe mango chunks served with velvety smooth vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge, peanut bits, and whipped cream, and served in a warm skillet.
