More and more people are hearing about my success seminar- entitled, "Make Your Impossible Dreams Come True!" We’ve had wonderful attendance so far and there were even participants who came all the way from Bulacan, Pampanga, Olongapo, and flew in from Aklan and Marinduque. E-mail inquiries come from as far as the United States from people who will be travelling to Manila soon!
Every session is fun and exciting. One of the favorite portions of the seminar is the multi-millionaire creative visualization exercise. Based on the principle that whatever you can visualize you can realize, I ask people to close their eyes and take them on an imaginary day in the life of a multi-millionaire. Participants, of course, conjure up different mental pictures of their dream car, dream house and dream investments. And everyone is all smiles after the exercise.
Regarding creative visualization, Walt Disney says, "Remember it all started with a dream and a mouse." Of course, he was talking about Disneyland and Disneyworld which make millions of dollars year in and out.

Veronica Petilla joined my Success Seminar two weeks ago. A week later, she e-mailed to say that she has achieved a major dream. It is amazing how quickly the universe grants your wishes once you are fully ready to accept it. Veronica writes:

Kaya heto napabilis ang punta namin sa Australia. I am here today with my two children waiting for our medical exams in preparation for our permanent resident visa.

Veronica Two weeks before the seminar, Mrs. Stella Dy was horribly depressed. At the session, she enjoyed herself and wrote down a special dream which she desired to happen. It has something to do with putting up a moneymaking structure on the family’s beautiful property in Tagaytay. She kept quiet about her dream (I teach the Principle of Secrecy in the seminar) and did not tell her husband for fear that he would resist the idea. To her amazement, two days after the seminar, Mr. Dy talked to her about putting up something on the Tagaytay property – a 10-door rental building, her very exact dream!
Call it coincidence but Mrs. Dy is now smiling.
