Summer is not only for family vacations, its also the time when employees excitedly leave their air-conditioned surroundings for their annual office excursion.
Recently, the staff of Robinsons Land Corp. High Rise Buildings Division were given more than just a much-needed summer break; they were also handed their just rewards. Through the generosity of senior vice president Frederick Go and general manager Danny Ignacio, the RLC sales team and the support group were treated to an all-expenses-paid trip of de-stressing and languorous pampering after a year of selling the companys projects: Bloomsfields Subdivision in Novaliches, Galleria Regency residential condominium in Ortigas and Robinsons Place Residences condominium in Ermita.
For the hardworking team, the most awaited sojurn to Batangas was the annual awarding program dubbed We Want to be Millionaires. Following a grand dinner of smoked fish platter, beef mignonettes, pastel de pascado and mouthwatering desserts, Frederick Go and Danny Ignacio led the awarding ceremony recognizing the créme of the cropthe Top Performers for 2001 in the High Rise Buildings Division.
Major awards were given to the top five account managers: Plaridel Delgado, Richard Predas, Dianne Pelobello, Catherine Barrameda and Arnold Villones; the top three sales managers: Michael Garcia, Maritess Jacosalem and Rudolph Winffotter; runner-up for top sales director Luis Ernesto Perez; and overall top sales director Kim Calinawan.
Congratulations to the power sales people of Robinsons! With the promise of such rewards and incentives, any worker will surely be motivated to transcend himself and be the best he can be!
