Cool MTV VJ Sarah Meier reads Kierkegaard

Currently one of MTV’s popular VJs, Sarah Meier has this rare ability of reinventing herself every time she graces a magazine cover.

Chatting briefly with her, I discovered that this young lady’s beauty is not only on the surface but lies deep. Her vision for herself goes beyond ramp modelling. I was pleasantly surprised to find her more than articulate and surprisingly serious.

She works hard at her current modelling and VJ stints with the purpose of making enough money to see her through four years of college in the US where she intends to major in broadcast journalism. She believes beauty fades and understands that true respect lies in her ability to prove she is far more than just a pretty face.

Tomorrow night, Swatch launches this babe at an invitational party at Venezia. Hope you’re lucky enough to be on the guest list and be dazzled by Sarah Meier.

In her spare time, Sarah reads a lot.
Sarah Meier’s Booklist
1. The Unbearable Lightness Of Being by Milan Kundera: Possibly my favorite book of all time.

2. The Godfather
by Mario Puzo: A book I’ve read countless times – it’s a classic. Can’t go wrong with the intricacies of the mob.

3. The Book Of Answers
by Carol Bolt: Introduced to me by King DJ Logan and Slick Rick of Magic 89.9, this book replaced my childhood Magic 8 Ball; when I need random, ridiculous pieces of advice, I flip it open. It never solves anything though.

4. Provocations
by Kierkegaard: Some of his thoughts echo mine, others come across as completely jaded. Just something I read to try to broaden my horizons.

5. The Complete Works Of William Shakespeare

6. The Bible
: No other book has come close.

7. Love In The Time Of Cholera
by Gabriel Garcia Marquez
