A flurry of activities from Bobby and The Century

The Century Park Hotel’s dapper and hyperactive GM Bobby Carpio has presided over a flurry of exciting events. Among them was the cocktail reception with Philippine Airlines to honor Genaro Vasquez, the country manager for Japan and Korea. Genaro is the man responsible for a familiarization trip to Manila of top Japanese agents supporting Philippine Airlines.

Next, the dashing Bobby hosted a breakfast for Australian Meetings and Incentive Organizers at the Café in the Park’s Taipan Room for agents who actively promote the Philippines as a promising destination.

To Bobby and The Century Park Hotel, well done again! Bravo Bobby, for making significant contributions to tourism in the Philippines!

A V-day for the Villars

It was V-day for super couple, Senator-elect Manny Villar and his dynamic wife, Rep. Cynthia Villar, when they were tendered a victory party by Ronnie and Gilda Salonga at the latter’s posh Greenhills home. Lovely daughter Camille Villar also joined in feting her parents.

Those who came to congratulate the couple on their twin wins were friends such as co-victor Sen. Franklin Drilon and Mila Drilon; Mons Romulo-Tantoco; Ronnie, Gilda, Marion, Christine, Jojo, Edwin and Wally Salonga; Freddie Antonio; Tony Meloto; Geny Tan; Florence and Maite Defensor; Lovely Romulo; Mira Tiu; and Adrian Arcelo, among others.
