British brand Kurt Geiger opens first store at Estancia
MANILA, Philippines – British style arrived with the launch of iconic footwear and accessories brand Kurt Geiger, which opened its first store in the Philippines, located at Estancia Mall.
Kurt Geiger creative director Rebecca Farrar-Hockley and her design team create something for everyone. With Kurt Geiger London signature craftsmanship, they fashion handbags and razor-sharp stilettos, from KG Kurt Geiger’s London-cool for the city girl to Miss KG’s sartorial picks at accessible price points and Carvela’s unique and sophisticated designs and everyday must-haves. The brand also offers a men’s collection of distinctly British classics.
Joey Mead-King hosted the event wearing a pair of signature Kurt Geiger London “Britton” stilettos in fiery red. Guests were treated to a film about the making of a Kurt Geiger London stiletto. The film shows creative director Rebecca Farrar-Hockley in the design studio on London’s Britton Street, the home of the Kurt Geiger design studio and the handcraftsmanship in a Florentine factory.
Kurt Geiger is coveted by the likes of Kendall Jenner, Emily Blunt, Selena Gomez and Beyonce. Local style stars have already been spotted showing their love for the brand — Mikaela Lagdameo-Martinez, Phoemela Baranda, Katarina Rodriguez, and Natalia Ortega were all seen at the store wearing Kurt Geiger.
