With the influx of a new generation of patrons, the company became a collaboration between the owners and their children who gained their expertise at the Gemological Institute of America: Marissa, who also has diplomas for Diamond Grading and Jewelry Design, heads the company’s marketing and merchandising and Marjorie who takes care of personnel. At the helm of finance is Marcelino III, while Mary Christine is currently a law-student.
