So many fashion choices from Mothercare
MANILA, Philippines - Mothercare has seven new and exciting fashion collections for kids.
The Indigo collection has simple, oriental-inspired prints. For girls, indigo blues are blended with soft corals and creams. For boys, Indigo blues are blended with neutrals and highlight flashes of green and pink.
The City Farmer collection has a country feel in an urban environment.It is floral-based with a workwear feel. It comes with cute graphics and simple shapes. Girls can be dressed in a casual daywear with some vintage denim. Key pieces include utility-inspired denim dungarees.
For boys, the Field Trip collection comes with a color palette inspired by outdoor activities such as mountain biking and climbing, mixing bold brights with mid blues and khakis. Prints have elements of neon, foils and photographic prints. The styling is casual with skinny cargos with utility pocketing, sweats and bright waterproof macs.
The Cute Kawaii is all about fun and color with subtle flashes of neon. It also has a sporty feel with new fashion shapes and novelty graphics such as pandas, rabbits, kittens, dinosaurs and monsters. This range also includes fashion joggers and fashion polos with cut-and-sew contrast colour blocking for boys and jersey and sweat pieces for girls.
The San Remo collection has a more sophisticated feel. Here, you will find pieces with a bold story of red, white and blue with stripes and pique fabrics. This is a smarter collection with more formal pieces and some gorgeous dresses. The graphics remain cute. For the boys, it’s smart casual with preppy sporty polos, bright chino shorts and English sport inspired graphics.
The Sicilian Fiesta is a collection inspired by a Mediterranean holiday – lemons and whites mixed with seersucker stripes. A mix of more summery day pieces and smarter dresses. Broderie anglais and chambray are key fabrics.
For Sunday Best, beautiful dresses are embroidered and new jacquard fabrics are worn back with little jackets and boleros. For boys, it includes smart shirting with twill chinos and V-neck sweaters.
