Enchong Dee performs to make his fans happy

MANILA, Philippines - When can you achieve happiness? For me, you can only achieve perfect happiness when you’re with the Creator. But as we live, happiness can be found in your family.

When and where are you at your happiest? When I’m onstage, performing. Aside from doing what I love to do, I see people who are appreciating my hard work. I feel fulfilled doing what I’m passionate about.

I am a happiness ambassador…because I choose to look at things from a positive perspective. That’s the only way you can achieve your goals. Being positive will bring you places.

What is your greatest extravagance? My travels. Even as a kid, I loved traveling with my family. Just last month, my family and I went to Taipei for the holidays. I think my love for traveling has only been magnified when I entered show business.

I’ll be happy if I’d get to travel….to Egypt. I’m such a history geek. That’d be one place I’d love to explore when I get the chance.

Sharing happiness…may be made possible simply by spending time and sharing your presence with someone.

Are there charities that you have worked with recently? Yes, I’ve worked with Manila Boystown, Child Hope Asia and Tahanan ng Sta. Lucia and I am looking forward to working with them again. But I am really interested to work with the Department of Health and share my awareness with people about dengue.

The all-time happy movie I’d recommend to friends…is Click with Adam Sandler and Kate Beckinsale. I love the movie because it’s a funny, but when you really look at it, it’s a movie that teaches us how to value our family.

The key to happiness…is found when you figure out what you want to do and you inspire people to do the same.
