MANILA, Philippines - Starmall, in cooperation with Senator Manny Villar, continues to offer free livelihood workshops through the “Mr. Sipag at Tiyaga Caravan Libreng Pangkabuhayan” workshops to provide business opportunities for those who want to start their own.
Topics that would interest aspiring entrepreneurs are lotion and shampoo-making tomorrow at Caloocan; fishball, quekiam, squid ball and sago’t gulaman on April 21 at Parola, Tondo District 1, Manila; and quekiam, fishball and squid ball-making on April 25 in Caloocan.
All seminars will start at 1 p.m. Food and materials will be provided.
