Liza Soberano, Kathryn Bernardo among world's most beautiful faces
MANILA, Philippines - Liza Soberano and Kathryn Bernardo are listed among "100 most beautiful faces of 2015" released by TC Candler through the annual Independent Critics List.
Both teen actresses are newcomers on the publication, which has been around since 1990. Bernardo landed on the 80th spot while Soberano ranked 6th on the list, beating Hollywood actresses like Emilia Clarke and Chloe Moretz.
According to the website, out of the thousand submissions they receive every year, only 100 women emerge as representatives of the modern ideal of beauty.
"Aesthetic perfection is only one of the criteria. Grace, elegance, class, poise, joy, promise, hope... they are all embodied in a beautiful face," it says on its Facebook page.
Meanwhile, Enrique Gil, who ranked 13th in the most handsome face category said on Instagram that he is proud of Soberano for making it to the list.
Other Filipino actors joining Gil are Daniel Padilla at 22nd and Xian Lim at 99th.
