MANILA, Philippines — Singer and Jonas Brother vocalist Joe Jonas has sold his New York City condo in Manhattan's Nolita area for $5.36 million or P298 million, less than what he paid for it six years ago.

Four months ago, Joe listed the 2,907-square-foot three-bedroom unit for $6 million (P334 million), having previously bought it in 2018 for $5.6 million (P311 million).

The condo with three baths is one of only 11 residences in a luxury boutique building; Nolita is derived from North of Little Italy, attributing to the Italian community of the city.

Famous people who lived in Nolita include director Martin Scorsese, singer David Bowie and actor Gabriel Byrne, while singer John Mayer and actor David Harbour have units in the neighborhood.

The unit also has three baths, a kitchen with SieMatic cabinetry, Imperial Danby marble countertops, custom oak floors, a Daikin central air system, Miele appliances, and elevator access to a private foyer with a 24-hour doorman.

The primary suite among the three bedroom includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The condo's biggest feature is a 1,450-square-foot private terrace overlooking New York City.

Joe, who recently visited the Philippines with his brothers Nick and Kevin, is in the middle of a divorce with "Game of Thrones" star Sophie Turner with whom he has two children.
