MANILA, Philippines — The family home of mother-son acting duo Karla Estrada and Daniel Padilla in Quezon City is currently on the market for P50 million.

Last December, a real estate account shared images of the two-story property, labeled as an "elegant owner’s built house," and was promoted once more earlier this week.

The house has a lot area of 500 square meters and has six bedroom (the master bedroom has a walk-in closet) and bathrooms. It also has a garage that can fit up to five or six vehicles, a driver's and maid's room, a breakfast nook, a kitchen with a brick arc and a grand staircase.

The property has basic features like a lounge, dining room, porch, lanai and an auxiliary kitchen.

Based on photos last month, Karla, Daniel and his siblings JC, Magui and Lelay still celebrated the Christmas holidays at the house, which occurred a few weeks after Daniel confirmed his split with longtime partner, actress Kathryn Bernardo.

Talent manager Ogie Diaz touched upon the house selling in a recent video on his "Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update" YouTube channel.

"I'm sure iisipin ng mga tao, 'San na sila titira? Naghihirap na ba ang pamilya ni Daniel Padilla kaya nagbebenta ng bahay?' Alam niyo, ang importante ay may ibebenta," Ogie said. "Ang alam ko kasi, parang ang gusto ni Karla ay ibenta na 'yung bahay kasi gusto na niyang lumipat sa bandang south."

News of the house sale comes on the heels of Daniel selling his first-ever sports car, an orange Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7, to a buyer from Angeles, Pampanga, for an asking price of P6.5 million.
