MANILA, Philippines — Actress Sarah Lahbati gave a glimpse of her new house while she is embroiled in separation rumors with husband Richard Gutierrez.

Sarah shared two photos of the house on her Instagram account, one of the bare lounge area taken from above and one of the exterior at night with her father Abdel standing by a swimming pool.

"Switching up the mood for 2024," Sarah wrote in the post's caption, where she also expressed interest for an interior designer and gratitude to relocation service Asian Tigers Group for helping her move.

Several celebrities were supportive of Sarah's move including Sofia Andres, Chie Filomeno, Kyline Alcantara and Ellen Adarna.

Sarah and Richard further stoked rumors about their breakup after unfollowing each other on Instagram.

The actress is also no longer following Richard's twin Raymond, their sister Ruffa and the siblings' mother, Annabelle Rama.

Similarly, Richard, Raymond, Ruffa and Annabelle are no longer following Sarah on Instagram, although Richard is still following a fan page dedicated to Sarah.

Rumors of Sarah and Richard, who have been married for three years with two sons Zion and Kai, calling it quits began when fans noticed the couple have not been posting about each other on social media as often as before.

Sarah's mother recently mentioned that Sarah and Richard have parted ways and are now co-parenting their children, though the couple have not officially confirmed the breakup.
