Golden Prince Hotel turns 12
Golden Prince Hotel opened its doors over a decade ago offering a unique business and leisure experience in uptown Cebu. It is strategically located within close proximity to the Ayala Business Park where dining options are plentiful and shopping selection are unlimited.
During its 12th anniversary celebration recently, the hotel formally relaunched the Kabilin Heritage Lounge. Doing the ceremonial ribbon-cutting were guests of honor Vice Governor Agnes Magpale, Department of Tourism regional director Shalimar Tamano, Argao Mayor Stanley Caminero, the hotel’s president Benny Que and heritage ambassador Louella Alix.

This charming outlet is reminiscent of an old Filipino ilustrado home which is adorned with vintage furniture and decorative home accents. At the well-appointed sala, is a typical Painit sa Kabilin a well-loved and sumptuous spread of homemade merienda delicacies such as puto maya, binignit, the Visayan version of ginataan, made with various tubers, banana, sago pearls and jackfruit stewed in sweetened coconut milk, fried pinaypay bananas and maja blanca.

Towards the end of the affair, the hotels 12 valued clients received their Golden Mileage Award trophies for their patronage and continued support.
