Marco Polo Davao celebrates fashion and romance

Marco Polo Davao, Mindanao’s first and only premier hotel, has been Davao’s leading venue for various events — from simple and intimate receptions to elegant celebrations — since its start in 1998. Led by general manager Dottie Würgler-Cronin and director of sales and marketing, Pearl Peralta-Maclang, Marco Polo Davao commemorated being part of thousands of memorable love stories and romantic beginnings for two decades. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, the five-star hotel held an event showcasing the works of renowned fashion designer Francis Libiran, who is well-known for his luxurious creations and coincidentally, is also celebrating his 20th year in the industry. It was an unforgettable evening of beautifully crafted gowns and a majestic venue — two things that have brought many brides’ fantasies to life.
