Marriott Manila opens Man Ho

Fine dining aficionados can add another item on the long list of reasons why they should visit the Marriott Hotel Manila. The premier hotel in Southern Manila has recently opened Man Ho, a 140-seater Chinese restaurant that offers top-quality Cantonese dishes skillfully crafted by a team of talented chefs, headed by the hotel’s executive Chinese chef, Law Wing Wui. Led by Marriott Manila’s general manager Bruce Winton and director of marketing communications Michelle Garcia, along with Traveller’s International Hotel Group’s president Kingson Sian and chief operating officer Steve Reilly, the restaurant’s doors officially opened, and the guests were welcomed to a traditional incense ceremony and a dragon dance for good fortune.
