MANILA, Philippines – GeoEstate Development Corporation (GEDC) recently unveiled a residential subdivision project to help address the needs of a particular market segment that prefers the privacy and exclusivity of a house and lot property. Soluna, GEDC’s first foray into horizontal development, is an intimate community located in Bacoor, Cavite.
To maintain the exclusivity of Soluna, only up to 200 homes will be made available for families. Buyers also get to choose from a selection of home designs that best suit their requirements and tastes. During its launch, the first three designs — Selena, Estella and Luna — were warmly received, prompting the developer to unveil two more affordable models.
“Soluna was envisioned to for a select few families, but we made it more affordable so Filipino families can experience a special kind of lifestyle that offers home options with lower costs,” explains Edwin Siongco, vice president for marketing and sales of GeoEstate.
The two new designs, Celia and Solante, will have smaller configurations but both shall showcase the same durable, high-quality and tasteful designs as the previous three models. The minimum lot size for both Celia and Solante is 120 sqm. with floor areas of at least 77 sqm. and 64 sqm, respectively. Both designs also have three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, and a carport for two cars.
Residents of Soluna will also enjoy the relaxing benefits of its deluxe amenities such as children’s pool, adult pool, outdoor gardens and playground. There is moreover a clubhouse that can accommodate functions and events.
