One Castilla Place offers a sneak peek
MANILA, Philippines - Every homecoming usually produces a warm feeling, especially if a welcoming environment greets the homeowner after a long day. This familiar sensation is the inspiration behind DMCI Home’s One Castilla Place which recently celebrated its opening to the public in an event themed “C’est si bon” (“It’s so good”).
The newly-built, 29-story condominium in Valencia Hills, Quezon City held a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the developer’s executive staff, clients and guests. They have witnessed firsthand One Castilla Place’s excellent condo living experience complemented by sumptuous food and music.
The event signaled the upcoming turnover of the units, which is scheduled in January, 2016. This will cap off the condominium, which began construction back in 2012. Finishing works are currently being completed in time for the turnover early next year.
“One Castilla Place is another milestone in DMCI Homes’ portfolio. Its timely completion proves yet again that we are on the right track in delivering our projects on schedule and as promised,” enthused Alfredo R. Austria, president of DMCI Homes.
Aside from the timely delivery, the condominium’s private, secured and homey ambiance has already appealed to homeseekers of every age. In fact, 90 percent of the 729 units of the development have already been sold out.
The lifestyle components that have attributed to the fast sales were showcased during the recently concluded event. These include the model units, information center, indoor lounge and the Sky Lounge.
The fully-furnished and bare one- and two-bedroom model units exude the modern and comfortable lifestyle at the condominium. The units are shaped out of high quality workmanship that made them ideal for startup and growing families. Furnishings include finely finished walls, flooring, kitchen and toilet and bath areas. The rooms’ individual balconies overlook the resort-style outdoor amenities which DMCI Homes is known for.
Jan Venturanza, senior marketing manager of DMCI Homes, cited that the development’s living spaces of about 54 square meters for the two-bedroom units are particularly reasonably priced, hence, have been most attractive to homebuyers.
On the other hand, the information center located at the second floor is complete with a reception area, a lounge and a TV that shows an audio-visual presentation of One Castilla Place. This special feature allows inquiring visitors to have a quick virtual tour of the community.
The Sky Lounge is another superior feature shown to the guests. It boasts of an indoor lounge with bar for the ultimate relaxation of hardworking residents. Come outside to its viewing deck, an unobstructed view of the vibrant metropolises of Manila, Quezon City and San Juan can be appreciated.
Flor Ofrecio, senior vice president for sales of DMCI Homes, further attributed the fast sale to the on time delivery, first-class amenities and the prime location of the project.
“The amenities are complete. There is a multi-purpose room, lap pool, kiddie swimming pool, playground and a huge Sky Lounge. These are not found in most other condo projects here in Quezon City,” Ofrecio said. “Moreover, it’s near Ortigas, Quezon City and San Juan, as well as schools such as Immaculate Conception Academy and Xavier. La Salle High School is just at the end of Ortigas Avenue. There is also the Greenhills Shopping Center, among other commercial centers.” Hospitals, religious centers and major roads like Aurora Boulevard, N. Domingo Street, and Granada Street are also nearby. “There is adequate parking for cars, something that is usually not found in other condominiums,” Ofrecio added.
Meanwhile, homeowners are happy and are already excited to move in, according to Nikkos Santiago, DMCI Homes project development officer. Leigh Gueñez, sales director, said interested buyers should visit One Castilla Place to personally see its value propositions.
“We have our open house every Sunday and we are open every day,” said Gueñez. “We have a sales office along Granada Street. They can visit there, too.”
