CBRE Phils. marks 20 years of real estate expertise

MANILA, Philippines – Valued clients and partners of top real estate advisory firm CBRE Philippines gathered as special guests during an exclusive night of dinner cocktails hosted by the company’s executives, led by founder, chairman and chief executive Rick Santos.

The event was held recently at the grand ballroom of the Fairmont Hotel in Makati City.

Philippine Economic Zone Authority director general Lilia de Lima was the keynote speaker, who underscored the vital contribution of the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry to the local economy, and the important role that real estate and leasing firms such as CBRE Philippines play in further growing this sector.

CBRE Philippines having been present two decades ago saw the rise of the BPO sector and contributed greatly to establishing some of the pioneering foreign BPO and call center locators in the country.

CBRE Singapore director Hugh Hamilton spoke on behalf of the global CB Richard Ellis network. “CBRE Philippines is one of the largest and most important contributors in our regional market,” he said.
