DMCI launches its first Makati residential condominium

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Premier real estate developer DMCI Homes finally brings its trademark resort-inspired condominium living to the bustling city of Makati with Brio Tower. The 30-story high-rise residential condo is set to rise on a prime 5,760-sqm. property in Guadalupe Viejo, along the major thoroughfare of Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue or EDSA.

The location is conveniently accessible being near the Estrella transportation hub, and is bounded by low-density commercial and residential districts such as the Rockwell Center. The Makati Central Business District is merely a few minutes away, with its flagship office buildings, reputable schools and learning institutions, and world-class malls and shopping centers.

There will be one-, two- and three-bedroom unit offerings ranging from 24 to 84.5 sqm. Brio Tower will deliver DMCI Homes’ distinctive resort atmosphere through the tower’s Asian Contemporary design incorporating the developer’s proprietary building technologies.

DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt design technology allows ambient light and fresh air to permeate the building’s common areas as well as unit spaces, achieving better cross-ventilation and spelling physical and mental well-being for residents.

Brio Tower will have Sky Patios, Central Atriums and breezeways in every five floors, providing additional venues for rest and recreation, and for bringing a genuine sense of nature indoors.

For more information on Brio Tower, call DMCI Homes at (02) 324-8888 or visit or visit www.dmcihomes.com.
