Quintos founded HayPinas.org, a web-based advocacy project that provides online resource for overseas Filipinos. Quintos is an IT professional in Taiwan, where she lives permanently.
As the daughter of a former OFW father herself, Quintos understands the sacrifices many Filipino families go through to secure a better future.
Her first book consists of 22 chapters with short, blog-like essays and a series of exercises. Readers get tips on how to take control of their new life abroad. The book also shows how young professionals can identify their goals and fulfill them. An important message of the book is for them to keep the values from home, but grow as global citizens as well.
