Torre de Manila construction in full swing
MANILA, Philippines -Construction of Torre de Manila, a 46-story residential condominium tower of DMCI Homes along Taft Avenue, Manila, is progressing with the structural works already in the fifth floor parking level of the building.
With construction in full swing, DMCI Homes is on track with its target to complete the tower in 2016. Torre de Manila consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 30.5 to 91 sqm. All units are built according to the time-tested quality standards of DMCI Homes. Coming from a company with expertise in construction, the tower assures future residents of quality. Backing the workmanship in every Torre de Manila unit is a two-year warranty for paints, kitchen cabinets and countertops. The warranty is twice longer than the usual one year on unit workmanship issues that most property developers offer.
As a resort-themed residence, Torre de Manila will have a swimming pool for adults and children. Other outdoor amenities are a basketball court, garden, porte cochere and playground. Indoor amenities consist of an indoor badminton court, fitness gym, high-ceiling lobby, lounge, gym, a game area, entertainment room, and a Sky Lounge on the roof deck.
Torre de Manila reflects the city’s Art Deco past with an architecture featuring the influences of the design prevalent during the 1920s and 1930s. This allows the structure to blend with Art Deco remnants in the area such as the Metropolitan Theater and the restored Luneta Hotel.
The building interior is well ventilated and lit through DMCI Homes’ signature Lumiventt technology. The design produces a refreshing ambience through single-loaded corridors and central atriums and Sky Patios every five floors. Sky Patios are three-story high openings on the front and back of the building.
Aside from the luxurious feel and comfort of living in Torre de Manila, residents will have convenience and security, too. Six high-speed elevators will serve every floor and a back-up power generator will provide essential electricity. A guarded entrance gate, perimeter fence, 24/7 security and fire protection system assures residents’ privacy and safety. A property management office assists residents on utility and other concerns.
Torre de Manila’s location makes it a new premier address in the city for families, couples and professionals. It commands a good view of Manila Bay, Rizal Park and Intramuros. Binondo, Malabon, Makati and Cavite are accessible to residents via Taft Avenue, Roxas Boulevard and San Marcelino Street. Other tourist destinations and shopping malls that can be easily reached are the National Museum, Manila Ocean Park, SM Manila and Robinsons Manila.
Schools and hospitals nearby are Sta. Isabel College, Adamson University, Technological University of the Philippines, Philippine Normal University, Manila Doctors Hospital and Medical Center Manila.
