32 Sanson will feature an ideal mix of spacious one-, two-, three-bedroom units in its five towers with five storys. In each living space, provisions for the helper’s room, an extra bedroom, and storage areas are standard. The unit finishes have homogenous floor tiles for the kitchen, toilet and bath, balcony and maid’s room; laminated modular cabinet system, cooktop and stainless steel sink for the kitchen and engineered wood flooring at the living and dining areas and bedrooms. Los Angeles-based interior design consultant Butch Valdez, who has been working with Rockwell Land Corporation for 18 years, has a style all his own, and it is perfectly displayed in his attention to detail. Valdez is passionate about panache and carries with him a prestigious knowledge of interior design history that inspires his design decisions.
At the launching, a jazz band set a laidback ambiance at the showroom’s landscaped garden where guests gathered around the well-stocked bar to marvel at the showroom while others enjoyed the evening munching on delectable canapés prepared by executive chef Marco Anzani.
