Everybody loves a birthday. It is celebrated in many different ways but the sentiment is always the same, to rejoice and give thanks for another new year of having a special person in your life and bestowing upon him the wish that the year to follow will be a happy.
Friends of Alan Mill Irving recently gathered at the trendy City Sports Club along Ayala Business Park, to join his lively 70th birthday celebration.
The very successful party definitely took a lot of preparation, and only the best food and wine were served. Long time buddy Mike Smith surprised the celebrant with a mini slide presentation that highlighted Alan’s journey in life.
Ever-supportive and hard working wife Lisa Moran-Irving attended to the details of the party and made sure everyone had a grand time.
Alan, a retired captain on various yachts and ferries in Asia and Europe had long recognized that the personality and the character of Asians could be the best answer to the never ending quest for quality crew. In 1991, he founded Crew Asia that represents 400 able-bodied crew members. As of this today it is the only manning company in the Philippines which exclusively supplies crew to the ultra-elite yachting industry.

On the occasion of Jing Ramos’ birthday, consultant of 856 G Gallery, a casual dinner party was held at the premises of 32 Sanson by Rockwell, which will soon rise in Cebu. The garden setting and hearty banter of the guests made the evening a warm and intimate gathering.
Special guest that evening was multi-awarded artist Popo San Pascual who brought some of his paintings for private viewing.
After much feasting, Jing capped the night by blowing out his birthday candles, surrounded by dear friends. This heartfelt event was another perfect celebration, which etched lovely memories for his special friends.
