Lovely February at Westgate Center

MANILA, Philippines - February is known as the month of love and you are guaranteed to be enamored with amazing music as Westgate Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa City holds Romantic Sessions, two nights of beautiful tunes sure to make you fall in love at the Westgate Center Cul de Sac.

Get serenaded by the Bernie Pasamba String Ensemble on Feb. 14, 7 p.m. Composed of young musicians from the former Manila Chamber Orchestra, the group has performed with local artists such as Lea Salonga, Monique Wilson, and Kuh Ledesma and international acts such as jazz pianist David Benoit and singers Stevie Wonder and Barry Manilow. Their repertoire consists of music from different genres such as classical, Broadway, jazz, standards, OPM, pop, and even rock.

Meanwhile, Nel Canto is set to perform on Feb. 28, 7:30 p.m. The group is comprised of singers Leo Gonzales, Fred de Santos, Von Bryan Yu, and Gary Fabricante. Nel Canto specializes in fusing songs from genres such as jazz, standards, pop, and rock with opera. The group was featured in an episode of Unang Hirit.
