MANILA, Philippines - DMCI Homes never fails to impress homeowners with its beautifully-designed homes. Be it residents of high-rises like Dansalan Gardens Condominiums, Rosewood Pointe and Cypress Towers, or mid-rises like East Raya Gardens, Ohana Place and Riverfront Residences, they were satisfied with the quality of their units and hey were also satisfied with the on-time completion of the projects. It’s no wonder that homebuyers of Rhapsody Residences feel confident of getting the same satisfaction. After all, DMCI Homes completed five-story condo buildings of the residential community along the East Service Road in Barangay Buli, Muntinlupa City from January to October this year.
After completing the first building, named Carillon, in Dec. 2012, DMCI Homes finished one building every two months thereafter. The Cello was completed in February, the Clarinet in April, the Harmonica in June, the Lyre in August and Mandolin in October. The three remaining buildings are scheduled for completion next year. The Marimba is expected to be finished in January, the Viola in May and the Maraca in June. The Viola is the only 10-story building in Rhapsody Residences. To date, five floors of the building are already built.
DMCI Homes attributed the on-time completion of the buildings to proper work sequencing that adheres to construction schedule and to the help of Design and Engineering Department, Quality Management Department, suppliers and subcontractors.
“All buildings at Rhapsody were completed on time and have undergone a comprehensive testing and commissioning witnessed by our Quality Management Department,†says engineer Rannie Calimbas “This assures unit owners and the Property Management Office of compliance of the buildings with the specifications and relevant codes.â€
Rhapsody Residences has two-bedroom units in nine sizes with the smallest at 50.5 square meters fit for startup families and the largest at 82.5 sq. m. ideal for homeowners with grownup children. All units have living and dining areas, kitchen, toilet and balcony. Ground floor units open to a garden atrium in each building. Units in upper floors do not directly face each other because of single-loaded corridors, a design that also allows plenty of fresh air and natural light to come into the building interior. There are also scenic elevators giving unit owners a view of garden atriums whenever they go up and down of their buildings.
At Rhapsody Residences, residents can have leisure, fitness and social activities indoor and outdoor. The Clubhouse features a Wi-Fi-served lounge area, entertainment room, game room, meeting room, function rooms and a gym. There are also Japanese-inspired, landscaped gardens, rows of trees, swimming pools, pool deck, poolside cots and cabanas, and a basketball court.
For safety and security, there are 24/7 roving security guards, perimeter fences, gated entrances, fire alarm and fire hose cabinets along building corridors, automatic fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems in hallways, fire exits, and backup power generator for common areas.
Rhapsody Residences’ location makes it just minutes away from the Alabang business district via the East Service Road or the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). A supermarket is at the nearby Sucat Interchange and the airport can be reached via SLEX and Sucat Road.
