Federal Land launches third tower of SixSenses Resort
MANILA, Philippines -SixSenses Resort by Federal Land launched its i-Touch tower during a preview of the future development of the Metro Park at the Bay Area CBD. The residential condominium project is expected to infuse a laid-back chic and family-friendly vibe to the mixed-use community where it will be located.
The sprawling Metro Park, a master-planned community designed by top-notch firms acclaimed for their international project portfolios, is envisioned to complement the overall development of the Bay Area as the next premier commercial and business district in Metro Manila. Over the next years, Federal Land will embark on transforming the massive area into a mixed-use development composed of residential condominiums, retail areas, and cultural and institutional sites. The development is being positioned as a major destination, where the residents will be privileged to be among the first to experience the newest local and international brand and product offerings.
Contributing to the construction momentum in the area is the newly launched i-Touch tower. Situated right off EDSA along Macapagal Boulevard, the project highlights contemporary luxury that takes advantage of the location’s famously beautiful bay scene and the emerging entertainment complex surrounding it.
The SixSenses Resort is a low-density community with its 3rd tower having a total of only 162 units. The product mix includes two- and three-bedroom suites similar to the first two towers, and introduces the one-bedroom suite with 57.5 square meters located on the mid-zone floors. Another innovation is the layout for the 89-sqm. two-bedroom suite, which will now include a study area.
Every condominium building at SixSenses Resort is elegantly curved in the shape of lucky number 8 or the infinity symbol, and appears like two slim towers placed side by side instead of a single thick structure. The design will accommodate more corner units to maximize the view for residential units, as well as natural ventilation for the common areas. The hallways will be halved and placed on either side of the center elevator to provide exclusive entry to the units, creating an enhanced sense of privacy.
The lower ground floor of SixSenses Resort will house a retail haven with a charming plaza for al fresco dining, and a commercial strip catering to the everyday needs of the residents. The expansive amenity deck of the development will include a large swimming pool, a beach volleyball court, massage huts, indoor golf simulation area, a culinary station, and kid-friendly activity rooms, among many other vacation features.
