Camella Orani in Bataan Moving Up to an Enhanced Lifestyle

Joy Angelica Subido, Joy Angelica Subido, Karla Alindahao - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - With the growth of urban areas attributed to several economic factors, the demand for housing outside the usual bigger cities is good news. It is an indicator that people are able to sustain themselves and their families so that they are content to stay put where they are. It also signifies that they are earning enough to be able to invest in their areas of domicile with homes of their own.

As the subsidiary catering to the mid-market segment of Vista Land, the country’s premier homebuilder, Camella shows its commitment to support development in the Philippine countryside by building residential communities all over the Philippines.

Camella is a familiar and trusted brand with over 38 years of building experience. Throughout the years, it has built an impressive portfolio of affordable, high-quality homes, making it a popular choice among aspiring Filipino homeowners who work locally and abroad and are looking forward to acquiring properties of their own.

Camella builds master planned communities

Creating masterplanned developments and themed communities with world-class features is also part of the developer’s expertise. Each Camella community is a testament to Vista Land’s expertise in space planning, carefully thought out and sustainable architecture. Its communities are built in the most accessible and attractive locations near schools, business centers, transport hubs, and places of worship, entertainment and culture. Currently, the group has built more than 250,000 homes and maintains a powerful presence in Mega Manila, 38 other key provincial destinations and 65 cities and municipalities.

A new Camella community in Orani, Bataan

Following the success of its previous developments in the province, Camella has launched its latest community project in the first-class municipality of Orani, Bataan. The area is 115 kilometers away from Metro Manila and is located near key destinations in Bataan. These include Hermosa to the north, Samal to the south and Dinalupihan to the west.  The location of Orani allows residents easy access to major business and leisure centers in Bataan province.

Camella Orani will be an 8-hectare community in Barangay Tugatog.  It is centrally located and close to the area’s most popular cultural and historical landmark which is the Orani Church, a Marian shrine and pilgrimage site also known as “Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish Church of Orani.” This was built in 1714 in the neo-classical style, making it a popular stopover for history and architecture enthusiasts. Another site of interest would be the nearby Poblacion or town center with the municipal hall built within it.

A convenient location for the entire family

Public transportation to and from Camella Orani is readily available as buses ply routes near the property. It is likewise easy with the New Bataan Terminal Complex just 20 minutes down the road.  For families with school-aged children, it would be interesting to note that the area’s top schools are an easy five to ten minutes away from the site. Nearby educational institutions include the Jose Rizal Institute, the Bataan Peninsula State University – Orani Campus, Orani National High School, and the BLC International School.

Leisure and shopping areas are also located nearby. The Centre Plaza Mall and Galleria Victoria are only a few minutes away, while the Orani Public Market is just around the corner. And to address health concerns of residents, it should be comforting to note that should a medical emergency occur, both the Orani Rotary and Orani District Hospitals are less than three kilometers away.

A well built enclave following the ‘Spanish-Mediterranean’ style

The developers say that Camella Orani “is inspired by the calm of the Mediterranean and the Spanish Peninsula with homes that pay homage to the Mediterranean sunsets.”  Open areas will allow a feeling of spaciousness, while paths and walkways will be landscaped with flowering tropical plants and a variety of greens.

Investors can choose from six of Camella’s more popular home models at Camella Orani.  The options include Elaisa, a spacious five-bedroom, 97 square-meter home; three-bedroom, 83 square meter Drina; or a four-bedroom, 72 square-meter Carina. For smaller families that require less space, there are the Marga, Mara and Carmela home models, each with two - three bedrooms and floor areas ranging from 46 to 65 square meters. Whatever model investors select, the homes are designed to be comfortable and practical as well as affordable,

Lifestyle amenities built in

Lifestyle amenities have been built within Camella Orani so that residents can be encouraged to foster a sense of community through shared activities. There is a clubhouse with ample space for special family and community events, as well as a basketball court and a playground for the younger set. In addition parks and gardens have been integrated in the community’s master plan where homeowners can hold outdoor picnics.

While the area is already peaceful, the safety of the homeowners and their families will be further enhanced with a gated and guarded entrance, a perimeter fence, and roving guards to ensure that nothing is amiss.

The developers have taken pains to ensure that at Camella Orani, countryside  living is easy.
