The Grande Dame also received a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, reflecting stellar guest reviews of its rooms and restaurants. The Grande Dame continues to raise the level of Filipino hospitality and luxury service even after more than hundred years.

The readers rate each establishment based on: rooms, service, food, location, design and activities. The Manila Hotel is the sole private and Filipino-owned hotel among the Top 20 Best Hotels in Southeast Asia. The historic landmark also received top marks for service, reinforcing The Grande Dame’s commitment to excellence beyond expectations.
Another recent achievement received by the Manila Hotel came from TripAdvisor, where The Grande Dame bagged a Certificate of Excellence honoring its outstanding hospitality based on online reviews from travelers around the world. With this recognition, The Grand Dame is part of the Top 10 percent of hospitality businesses worldwide listed on Trip advisor, which is considered the world’s largest resource for travel reviews. Apart from the Certificate of Excellence, the Manila Hotel is also ranked the top romantic hotel in Manila, according to TripAdvisor reviews.
